Welcome to PopUpMatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform for connecting event organizers with local vendors. By using PopUpMatch you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on PopUpMatch.

Accounts and Use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials. You agree not to share accounts or allow unauthorized access.

Vendor & Organizer Obligations

Vendors must comply with all laws and venue policies. Organizers must provide truthful event details and secure any required permits.

Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• No automated scraping or attempts to circumvent platform limits.
• No misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or event details.

User-Generated Content

Users may submit content to the platform such as listings, reviews, photos, messages, and other materials ("Contributions"). By submitting Contributions you grant PopUpMatch a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit your Contributions in connection with the Service. Contributions may be viewable by other users and are not confidential.

In addition to use on the PopUpMatch platform, you expressly authorize PopUpMatch and its partners to use your Contributions for promotional and marketing activities across social media and short-form video platforms (for example: Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), advertisements, and other public channels. This includes the right to edit, crop, add captions, overlay graphics or music, and otherwise adapt Contributions to fit the format and style of those platforms. When you submit Contributions you acknowledge that social media platforms have their own terms and you may be separately bound by those terms when content is shared there.

PopUpMatch reserves the right to edit, remove, reformat, or re-structure listings and other Contributions at our sole discretion — for example to improve clarity, enforce our content rules, or adapt content to our display formats. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the above license and that your Contributions do not violate any law or third-party rights.

Copyright Notice for Images: When uploading images to PopUpMatch, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and share those images. PopUpMatch will not accept responsibility for any copyright infringement claims arising from user-uploaded images. By uploading an image, you warrant that you either own the copyright to the image, have obtained proper licensing rights, or the image is in the public domain. Users who upload copyrighted material without authorization do so at their own risk and may be subject to legal action by copyright holders.

Payments

All transactions through PopUpMatch are expected to be invoiced in-person by vendors. PopUpMatch is not responsible for payment disputes between parties; please go through other legal channels for resolution.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.
